Summer DAY CAMP

Our campers participate in a full program of games and activities, make crafts, sing and dance. In the afternoons, day campers have the opportunity to swim, build sand castles and play. Day Camp provides an excellent opportunity for children to make new friends, learn about teamwork and have an active, healthy outdoor summer experience.

The WJCC splits into by age for many activities. 

Day campers are required to bring their own nut-free lunch and snacks, labeled water bottle & sunscreen. 

​

Each camper must be registered for Day Camp and signed in and out by a parent or designated guardian each day.


Children must have turned 5 by December 31 of the year before camp. This is based on the HRCE age requirements for Primary. Children must have completed Primary, or meet the minimum age requirement and be able to dress and use the washroom independently. Children may be as old as 12 by December 31 the year before camp. This is equivalent to having completed Grade 7.
